At Reclowatch, we are committed to offering an efficient and timely shipping service. Below, we detail the terms and conditions of our shipping policy:

1. Delivery Time

• All orders will be delivered to the customer within 1 to 7 business days after confirmation of purchase.

• The delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and the availability of the courier service.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (local time) will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.

3. Confirmation and Follow-up

• Once the order is processed and shipped, an email will be sent with the shipping details, including a tracking number so that the customer can monitor the progress of their order.
